In response to the most pressing customer demand, the latest release of Matchbook includes the ability to import from Google contacts.
Now when you sign up you’re immediately presented the option of importing your contacts directly into Matchbook which prevents tedious re-keying.
Additionally, now new users can register on the Matchbook home page, extending its reach by making it available to everyone, even if they don’t have a Google Apps account.
Matchbook is driven by customer feedback and demand, so in order to better listen to our customers we’ve included a feedback link on every page now, and a link to our Twitter feed
A technical improvement we have made is upgrading to the latest Ruby on Rails version (3.0.3) which includes performance enhancements, meaning faster page load times.
What’s next?
We’re continuing to enhance and improve Matchbook, we want this to be the best CRM application on the Internet!
On our list is:
- Make engagements more prominent and visible so meetings and to-do items are front and centre.
- Integration with Google calendar – push meetings into your calendar automatically
- Improve reporting – get better visibility of team activity with clear reporting and statistics.
- ?? – you tell us what you’d like to see in Matchbook
We hope you enjoy using the application, if you haven’t already check it out here: http://www.matchbookhq.com
